As I had my family visiting and I’ve been extremely busy this month, my regular goal of 1000 mins of exercise will be hard to acheive, but I must still keep record.

In April, I added cycling to my routine exercise and was able to go well beyond my planned monthly goal of exercising 1000 mins a month. For May, I will set it slightly higher at 1200 per month. Watch me go!

騎著小折去兜風(汐止)

前不久我給自己買了台小折
說實在的 我不覺得它是小折
因為它的輪子其實是22吋輪子
比一般折疊車的16吋或20吋輪大

剛開始騎 不敢騎太遠
總是在家附近的河濱單車道騎
最遠到了花博的新生館

今天帶著米粒沿著河濱的單車道
一路目標往汐止騎去
沿途經著很美 也遇到許多人也出來騎車
有一家子大大小小的
也有三五好友一起騎車的
也遇到穿著統一制服的車隊團體

到了汐止 我撥了電話給李伯伯
想說去看看李伯伯李阿姨
他嚇壞了說我怎麼一路騎車去了
陪他們喝喝茶聊聊天
吃了飯後我又出發沿著單車道騎回家
到家天剛要黑
回家後不久也下起雨了

今天的心得~
下次騎去汐止要騎右岸去
右岸沿路都是單車道
左岸騎到南港尾巴要上馬路
我為了避開大馬路也多繞了許多路

去程: 115 分鐘
回程: 80 分鐘

我在玩她也要湊熱鬧
一不小心就踩到按鍵
音樂就跳出了

最近帶著米粒走很多路
主要是當運動
不過米粒路走多了
回來就趴著睡
昨天我們到彩虹橋附近
今天帶她走到東區
不過今天人超多
好擔心個子矮的她會被踩到
結果後來都是我抱著她走

It is almost the end of the month, so I’m making sure I acheive my target monthly exercise goal.  So far, still on track.  Kinda fell behind a bit during the Chinese new year holidays, but I made up for it by walking lots these past few days.

Dear Millie is fast asleep now after our long walk this afternoon.

大家都說米粒太瘦
問我怎麼把我的寶貝米粒養得這麼瘦
今天為大家來解答囉
基本上大家都說
狗狗的食量是無限大的
給多少吃多少
但是我的寶貝阿
吃飽了就不肯再吃了
常常給了她一碗的飼料
她餓了會吃一些 然後就不再吃了
到了下午餓了 又會回來繼續吃
有時候到了晚上還沒吃完
早上睡醒了她的小碗也空了
所以呢 簡單說 她的飯量是她自己在控制的
她把一日的糧食分配成少量多餐很健康的方式在吃
最近我在家休養
有機會全天候觀察我的寶貝吃飯的習慣
心得是要減重的也來學米粒的吃飯習慣好了
同樣的日常吃的量多分幾餐來吃如何
呵呵~

最近體重上升了

部份原因是因為上個月的大吃大喝
再來大概是這週休養中
加上住院期間又食補又掛點滴又輸血的
體重整整又上升了幾公斤

最近在想 等復原了
要好好的認真的來運動
認真來減重
