Exercise Ticker for May 2012~

In April, I added cycling to my routine exercise and was able to go well beyond my planned monthly goal of exercising 1000 mins a month. For May, I will set it slightly higher at 1200 per month. Watch me go!


Here goes for tracking:
May 1 – cycling, 1h57m to Xizhi and back (19.6km)
May 3 – walking, 35 mins
May 5 – cycling, 2h40m to Xizhi and back (22.0km)
May 6 – cycling, 5h37m to Danshui and back (53.5km)
May 7 – bellydancing, 1h30m
May 14 – bellydancing , 1h30m
May 23 – cycling along riverbank, 53 mins (7.22km)
May 27 cycling, 2h38m to Xizhi and back (23.0km)
May 28 – bellydancing , 1h30m
