最近一陣子 小腿常抽筋
有時半夜睡到一半會抽筋醒來

早: 小籠包5個
午: Betty的愛心便當
晚: 鐵路雞腿便當
飯後水果: 小番茄
水: 1000
運動: 今天沒運動

  1. 我的經驗是太冷了,你的腿受涼,晚上睡覺請穿長褲,保暖.
    急救法就是馬上到浴室用熱的水沖泡,讓腳暖和起來.
    還有就是缺少鈣,要多喝骨頭湯,
    熬煮大骨頭時,不要先加鹽,煮好後要喝時才加,就不會把鈣質抵消掉了.
    保重!

    • 嗯 之前因為貧血的的關係 鈣片先停掉了
      這兩天又開始再吃了 希望會改善
