Today’s meals:
breakfast: running late, therefore skipped
lunch: Betty煮的羅宋湯 with meatballs, romain lettuce
dinner: shabu shabu

Today’s water intake: 200 + 1000 + 650

Today’s workout: neighborhood walk 15 minutes

今天偷懶了 従公司門口搭到直達的公車 於是只有走路短短的15分鍾

  1. 剛剛看台灣的電視,介紹川七的葉子(先川燙,就是先用開水燙一下)多些和枸几(先泡軟)加肉片兩三片用少許麻油稍微炒一下,再滴一些料酒,就是一盤好吃又補血的減重菜餚.
    川七補血,可以多吃些.因料酒有鹽,因此不必放鹽,枸几本身帶有甜味,因此不必放其他的調味料.
